A state-of-the-art riverfront office park and regional center for research and development with exceptional access to a highly-skilled talent pool. PTC was one of the first major riverfront brownfield redevelopments in Pittsburgh. Formerly J&L coke works, the site has been transformed into a high-tech hub and served as one of the key properties for the region’s resurgence as a tech powerhouse.
